User Agreement

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Herfunmaula mobile application (App), you (User) agree to enter into this binding User Agreement with MMADevelopments (we, us, or our). This Agreement outlines your rights and responsibilities while using the App and our services. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please do not use the App.

You confirm that all information you provide is accurate and up to date. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You understand that Herfunmaula only acts as a platform to match customers and workers and does not provide or oversee any actual services. You acknowledge and accept any applicable fees and payment terms as described in these Terms. You agree that your account may undergo manual verification, and activation depends on approval. You agree that Herfunmaula is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your interactions or agreements with other users (customers or workers).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate any part of this User Agreement or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities. We may update this User Agreement at any time. We will notify users by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App means you accept the new version.

Purpose of the App

Her Fun Maula is a platform designed only to map and connect customers with local service providers/workers. We do not provide, oversee, or guarantee any services performed by the workers. Our role is strictly limited to matching customers and workers.

Service Requests

• Customers can create a service request free of cost.
• Once a worker accepts a customer’s request, the details of both parties (customer & worker), including name and phone number, will be shared so they can communicate directly.

Role and Responsibility

• Herfunmaula is not responsible for providing or supervising any services between customers and workers.
• We are only responsible for matching customers with available workers.

Worker Charges

• Workers must pay PKR 200 to access the full details of a customer after accepting a request.
• The first request accepted by a worker will be free of charge.
• After the first free request, charges will apply for each upcoming request accepted.
• Initially, the app will operate free of cost till a few months.
• However, charges will be imposed on every request accepted once the free model of the app is no longer valid.

Account Creation and Verification for Customers

• Customer accounts will not be active immediately upon creation.
• The accounts will undergo a manual verification process to verify your submitted CNIC and other details.
• After the successful verification of the account, it will be activated for use.

Request Acceptance

• A request will be assigned to the first worker who accepts it.
• Once accepted and payment is made, that worker will receive full customer details.

Payments

• Workers can make payments using any method, including credit card, debit card, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.

User Obligations

You agree to:

• Obey this Contract and all applicable regulations and laws.
• Quickly and competently perform duties to the other user under the Contract.
• Guarantee that you are mindful of all regulations that apply to you as a worker or a customer.
• Provide accurate and truthful information during account creation.
• Use the App only for lawful purposes.
• Not use the Herfunmaula App for any immoral or illegal activity.
• Refrain from using the App to engage in any fraudulent or harmful activities.

Limitation of Liability

• Her Fun Maula provides the App “as is” and does not guarantee or take responsibility for the quality, timing, legality, or any aspect of services performed by workers.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or services obtained through it.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after such changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
